Property Readiness for Photography
Residence must be photo ready. Staging Fee of $50 applies if
photographer needs to invest an hour of time cleaning and tidying. Details
of the work done will be provided before issuing this charge.
Clean Windows inside/out. Mirrors cleaned. Removal of clutter. Closets
tidied, clothes hung up with minimal items on the floor. Beds meticulously
made. All blinds up. Replace burned out lights. All lights on. Outside - lawn
tidy and mowed. Walkways clutter free and swept. Moss removed from
north facing surfaces. Hoses coiled neatly. Car-free driveway.
